I had a tricky tenant in my property but spoke with Deb at real estate plus and she was incredibly efficient, hard working and effective in resolving the issue. I spoke to her in the morning and she had emailed me a few hours later with a plan to rectify the issue. I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the field which allowed the issue to be fixed in a most timely manner.

I wish, there could be a 0 star option here. The leasing manager was not responsive and acted non-professionally. She did not know any property details. Secondly, I applied for it, my application got rejected within 1 day without telling any reason. I contacted leasing manager, a few times who never attended my call, someone from there team attended and told me that Leasing manager is busy and she will call me later. I never received a call from leasing manager. Today, I called here again, I got luck this time. When i enquired about my application she said, she did not know the reason of why my application is rejected. She said, sorry, I can't tell you any reason but your application is rejected. She did not even ask my details so that she could check my application which is totally unethical. I wont recommend them.

Recently had to find a rental after a sudden change in life. The application process was smooth and simple. And so far they have been nothing but helpful since I moved into the property. Very happy!

My experience renting with them has been poor. The so-called rental/property manager was unprofessional. Update: So when I first signed the lease, there were some issues with the property that were to be rectified as part of the written contract. That never happened for 2 years while I was renting. The house was in a very dirty condition which was acknowledged by the so-called property manager in writing. There was an immediate outstanding maintenance issue which the property manager tried her best to avoid and I had to argue with her legalities of the situation and eventually she gave in. The property manager was always argumentative and rude when it came to maintenance works and communicating with myself. Tried to pressure me into signing a fixed term lease rather than having a periodic lease after the initial lease expired. At vacating the property, she literally lost it. There was an exchange of funny emails with many personal comments which I addressed. At one occasion when I came to the office with my 2 year old to see her, she abruptly left the conversation after passing a few rude and personal remarks and walked away. I have the regular written inspection reports from the very manager herself with pictures and details, which always said the house was kept very clean by us. Despite this and the fact that the house was in very dirty condition when I found it as accepted in writing by the so-called property manager, she suddenly found a lot of cleaning issues when I was vacating. She gave me one of her contractor's details. I got a written quote which was 3 times higher than market rates. She claimed the contractors are independent. The contractor claimed they worked for the so-called manager. The list is too long. I understand that managing the properties is a tough job. Some areas maybe more challenging than others due to the nature of clienteles. But this cannot be an excuse for unprofessional behavior.

I've just moved into a newly built apartment and the real estate plus team were fantastic at the Midland Office! I was definitely one of the most annoying potential candidates they had calling constantly through the application and building process to get updates and Deb La Rosa was so lovely to speak to through out the whole process and was very imformative. Even during my lease sign, i was scheduled to move in the following day but they advised i could start my lease a day earlier in order to move all my smaller stuff. They've also chose great applicants for the other apartments as everyones so lovely and welcoming and they have created a great community highly recommend Real Estate Plus!

Rented with real estate plus for 1 and ½ years. The house was already old and decapitated, cheap wall patches all the way through out the house. The paint in the laundry and toilet was peeling all the way through out, there was already a pest probably before we moved in because there was cockroaches everywhere. I spent over 700 on repairs on the house. My original property manager kodie was very lovely and considerate, but I think she left... either way they don't know how to keep the tenants up to date. Since my lease has come to an end the property manager Deb La Rosa tried to charge me with a reinspection fee at which I questioned and she could not get back to me for 1-2 weeks, until the receptionist finally emailed me stating that I don't have to pay for it. Had asked to speak to the property manager multiple times but was never available until I had my partner call and ask to speak to her and she was available, despite the phone calls and emails I left for her to get back to me. I asked to extend the lease another week while I look for a place to stay. Said that it's not her issue that me and my toddler go homeless because I knew the lease was ending so I should of been looking. (I've been searching for houses all over perth and still no luck.) So now my toddler and I are homeless so thanks a lot Deb La Rosa, & to Real Estate Plus.
