Fantastic range, helpful staff, but a bit on the expensive side for Vape products, however they are likely to have more than your normal Vape shop!

Raincloud 9 today, very tense and not chill. Honest review, heartbreaking. The new horseshoe store layout shows how small a huge room can feel, so dim, where's Gollum, must fix asap, go open plan, we don't like being cornered. Staff was difficult to do business with, unaware of products, confrontational, lost. Sorry guys, need something or someone to lift those spirits up, smile. Hmu if you are hiring.

Visited here Thursday 28/01/2021 approx 11.45am. Was impressed with the size of store and product range. Was not at all impressed with the girl that served myself and my husband. She was rude, unprofessional, and very blunt. Felt like we were putting her out. On the flip side the male sales staff we have been served by previously are extremely helpful and friendly.

Been here twice. First visit was a regular store experience. Second visit on Tuesday 19/1/2021 this week was poor. The young lady at the counter looked at me and spoke to me as if I was inconveniencing her for walking into the store. No tact or customer service whatsoever. I felt like I was the salesperson dealing with a rude customer. Felt completely unwelcome there. Will just go to the Malaga branch in the future.

I love to get my vape supplies from here, the two people I have delt with are super chill, friendly and knowledgeable. *EDIT* i'm going to need to change my review now, i bought a vape juice bottle there the other day and i should of checked it but i didn't really think about it but there was about 20 ML's missing and it had been opened, i didn't bother to get a receipt because the receipts they give you anyway just say how much you paid. Contacted the guy he was friendly but said he couldn't give a refund since i didn't have receipt, kind of a let down and wont be coming here again.
