Best customer service whenever I walk in. This is my go to place for last minute gifts since everything here is packaged so beautifully. I reccomend the peppermint grove candles since they do free engravings ont the lids making it personal. It also comes with a giftbag and tissue.

Wow this shop is amazing! Not only did they help me with what I wanted they went above and beyond by suggesting things that I had not even thought about and I’m so happy I listened! My home and business smells and looks amazing these girls know what they are talking about! And plus they are so lovely, so makes the whole experience so much better!

The old woman working there completely lacks professionalism and lacks basic customer service. I was not happy with her cheap remarks about something I wanted that was not in stock. There was no need for a silly attitude towards me. To be fair, the two young girls working there are far better at speaking to customers.

I went in a rush on Christmas Eve to get a specific gift I had in mind. I simply walked in, got the candle which I thought was the right one (similar packaging) and paid. Once the transaction was done, literally within seconds I realised it was the wrong one. The one I wanted had sold out. I asked if I could get a refund as one would think they'd be empathetic seeing as I JUST bought it, but they said I could not. Their reasoning was "we can't even do it on the system". This simply displayed to me the lack of care. Firstly, I have managed retail shops in the past and bypassed company policy to keep my customers happy. Secondly, it was an implausible excuse as they would have to be able to refund, say if a customer comes back with a faulty product. Overall disappointing experience especially when it is meant to be a cheerful time of year.
