We attended a friends wedding here last night and just had the best night!! The hardworking staff were super friendly and after the first round, knew everyone’s drink having another one ready for you by the time you reached the bar, or would bring you a new one when collecting the empties. Nothing was too hard or too much trouble and they always had big shining smiles really setting the tone of the occasion. Bernadette was truly remarkable taking care of not only the bridal party, but most guests as well. Hearing her amazing singing with the band was a truly special moment! The little chapel was so cute and a beautiful place to have a small intimate wedding. The lush green grounds were truly beautiful providing lots of spots to take gorgeous photos. The Shed was the perfect place to enjoy refreshments before the reception, listening to a band and to keep out of the rain. The wooden tables and benches in this area were just stunning! The reception marquee was beautiful and spacious and the food was absolutely delicious! We loved the fact that every guest could have a bit of all mains, rather than an alternative drop and dealing with food envy. A wonderful location and staff to make any occasion truly memorable. We would highly recommend this venue and hope that one day we might get to go back again.

We were in their chapel for a Memorial Service. Due to Covid, only 20 people were present, however estimate would seat near 100, but say 70 very comfortably. The facility was nice and suited us well. After the service light refreshments, sandwiches, .cake, hot beverages were available in a nice outdoor area. The gardens are lovely. We understand they of course cater for weddings also. Ample parking available.
My new husband and I had a wedding in the chapel and the marquee it was a fantastic day the staff were so attentive to us and our guests. The venue was beautiful .. We love Julz and Bernadette and their team. Thank you so much ️

We recently held our daughters Wedding Ceremony at Braeside and I cannot describe enough how amazing it was. Everyone there is so helpful and Jules and Bernadette go above and beyond to make sure it is a beautiful day for you! The grounds are gorgeous and for photos are absolutely perfect! Thanks so much to everyone there, we are forever grateful for making it an amazing day for us all!
Thanks so much for making our wedding day such a fabulous one. Everything went so smoothly which made us feel relaxed and comfortable knowing that Bernadette had it all under control. She understood what we wanted in a wedding and it was everything we imagined it to be. We are so happy Bernadette waited until the last minute to make the call on the ceremony location (it was raining until the last minute) - it worked out perfectly! We enjoyed it so much as did everyone there. All guests were commenting on how great it was and no one was left holding an empty glass! We will be thoroughly recommending Braeside to anyone planning a wedding!
Perfect for a memorial service (just attended) however weddings and other events would be beautiful. It has a chapel, lots of grassed areas, a pond, beautiful sandstone steps and an abundance of natural photo opportunities.
