Jaycar is my number 2 favorite shop (Bunnings is number 1). In all the Jaycar stores that I have visited the staff are friendly and very effective at finding the electronic components which I purchase. Just a great store.
Always have what i need and are always helpful locating and or suggesting items. No problems with an exchange of an item recently. Good customer service.
Next time you pop someone on hold. Try and remember they're still on hold!

Service wasnt half bad the employee was extremely polite and helpful although I feel that they could train there employees better as the poor bloke couldnt find many things
