Rocked up on a Saturday morning at 10am without any prior booking for bike rental. They allow you to rent and pay for a your desired hours and they'll just charge accordingly if you exceed your booked time, which i find extremely fair. Bikes come rented with helmet, lock and map. Staff was extremely extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. He got our bikes set up and levelled in 5 mins, and took time to explain the route to us too. Cycling along the Main Yarra trail is extremely easy from the shop, which is conveniently located by the river.

Arrived at 10:30am and it was closed with a "back in 5 minutes" sign on the door. And the guy running it was indeed back in less than 5. Very polite and friendly, and got me a bike sorted in just a couple of minutes. Bike worked fine for the whole day (did about 40km). Returned it around 4:45pm and paid 40. Payment is at end, when you return bike. Note: they only accept cash (no card), so I had to run up to the closest ATM which is in Flinders Street Railway station - would be useful if they tell you cash-only before you leave with the bike. Free helmet, lock, sunscreen and map are all positives.

A quite beautiful and magical way to see Melbourne. Our guide Bryan has an intimate knowledge of this great city. Transforming our understanding of its many aspects and history. Great for all ages and family groups. Bryan's story telling was very interesting and fun, he was clearly proud of his countries achievements. Many highlights included cycling along the river & visiting the market. If you do nothing else in Melbourne do this tour. Finished by visiting the Eureka Tower afterward. Awesome.

Awesome service, very friendly. We took more than an hour than we expected and the staff weren't fussed, they only charged a little extra for the hour. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Nice kick back place. The guy was friendly and polite. I didn't have any cash but he went out of his way to accept my credit card. I offered to pay in USD cash but he declined saying he does not want me to pay more than I should. Bikes were good quality. Would recommend.

Great bike rental place. Good variety of bikes and easy going and helpful staff. Other issue is that they dont take eftpos - its cash only
