I have purchased the 1MORE Quad Driver two days ago. Unfortunately, one side of the earpiece is not working and I have contacted them for a warranty. But didn’t expect them to resolve my case within 48 hours. What really amazed me is Brendon even delivered it to my workplace last weekend as I wasn’t free to walk out from work. 5-Star Rated Customer Service.
