I cancelled my health insurance, which in itself was a horrible process that took over a week, and yet I'm still being debited my premium. Which means I get to endure another week of trying to make contact with this horrible company. I will never be returning to AIA despite the excellent pricing because ultimately customer service needs to come first and clearly it doesn't.
Great Health fund, Amazing AIA benefits, Quality Staff. Special shout out to Trinh and Nelson who have been excellent to deal with
If you want to have good communication and notto have problems all the time lookfor something better. They are the worst, most complicated and really hard to get on yhe phone. Overall they are not so nice, not to mention that one of theirs person (call center) make fun of my accent and English.
