I've been using Shure for a very long time, but most important, was helped when out of warranty. Justin from Customer service is great.
As Jands are the JBL repairs guys for Australia, I recently sent a JBL studio unit in for repair, but the technician discovered that it was just my Power Supply that was faulty, not the unit. (A bit of stupidity on my part for not checking.) Jands were kind enough to send the unit back with a new power supply without charging me, which is just too awesome. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
