I have been using MC for about 2 years. The service is second to none. Each time my bike is returned to me it is running like new. The professional service includes recommendations and notifying of any parts that may need replacing soon. The shop is extremely good value for money and the staff honest, on one occasion I was recommended a cheaper tyre than I was originally intending to purchase as it would better suit my needs. Highly recommend.

Best bike shop in Sydney! Great selection of different brands if you're looking for a new bike and they have some of the best bike mechanics around. I've never felt ignored or pushed into buying anything like I have in other stores, so I keep coming back. They also lead a number of group rides throughout the week, which are suitable for a range of abilities. Thank You MC Cyclery!
Just went to change the tire with hole...after two weeks the tire was still with no air...just came back to explain...and the assistant didn't even asked me to have a look, just told me could happen depending the miles you ride..in 4 years with this bike I had to change the tire just once before them. Not sure is the definitely they changed for a new one. Unfortunately Can't tell it is a trust service. Will never come back.
Awesome local bike shop with a community focus. You pay a little more than online shopping but you get excellent service, advice and a place you can go back to if something isn't quite right. This will save you money and time in the long run, and you just might make some new riding mates to enjoy your purchases with.
Buying a bike from MC Cyclery was great, but it was the customer service, and the community they've built, that I got to experience afterwards that was the real winner for me. If you're looking for more than just a shop to buy a tube from (though you can quite happily do that too) then do yourself a favour and give MC Cyclery a go. Their group rides (especially weekends) are run so well and are so much fun to be a part of.

Poor customer service and communication. Just needed a pedal fixed he said come back in 30 mins rudely. I came back and it was not DONE! He was standing around. Then another bloke came and helped he gets the 1 star as he was so friendly and super quick. Please fix your customer service, very uncomfortable
