JB Hi-FI, no matter where you shop, tends to have the best range and prices of electrical/electronics. It’s a given. What sets the Maroochydore store above the rest is the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. During the festive season, parking can be a challenge during the middle of the day - otherwise, no issues experienced. I love this store and it’s where I go to buy electrical/electronics.

It's always a pleasure shopping at this store. It's always so neat and clean. Everyone is helpful, especially Steve. We always make sure to go in whenever Steve is working. He's always got a smile on his face, super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He's awesome!

Attempted to price match a set of headphones. Sales rep made up reasons as to why they couldn't do it. Emailed the manager, who made up more reasons why they couldn't do it. Would just be easier if they didn't price match.

Bought a scooter. Easy transaction. Automatic extra 12 mth warranty. They keep records of your receipts which many other retailers don't which is handy.

The point of going to a retailer is the service. The security guard got me an assistant. I then waited while he found the key. Handed me the phone. I said could you help on the SIM changeover. Told I could easily do it myself. That's fine. Point is why go to JB if I can get the same for 24 cheaper.

Walked around. Not busy. Wanted to buy a tablet. Not one staff member took initiative to care from a sales perspective. Went to the good guys at maroochydore and we were dealt with efficiently. Thank you good guys
