Excellent service, really helpful and friendly team. They called when the bike order came in, waited for me to see the bike after work and then adjusted the bike for my son when we went to collect it. They were so helpful, and my son loves his new bike.
This is the best cycling shop for all things cycling. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable regarding their products and the service is first class.
This place was recommended to me by a friend who had used them to service his bike three times in the previous 12 months and was happy with the work done. I decided to have them service my road bike and I can categorically state it was the poorest service I've ever experienced by a margin. The bike came back with a pad rubbing against the rim on the front wheel, the back tyre pressure was about 20psi, the drive train was slightly worse than when I brought it in and the slack in one brake lever hadn't been corrected. Unbelievable. I'd had a friend pick up the bike for me so didn't get the opportunity to see this at the shop. I subsequently called them and spoke to an American woman who advised she would have someone call me about it; unfortunately, no-one ever bothered to call. I decided not to waste my time any further and just forget about this Cycle Zone place who had taken my money and provided a very negative experience. Interestingly my mate mentioned his next service was also poor and no longer goes there. Obviously some people obtain a decent service here but it's clear to me this place is very hit and miss (*note this service took place two years ago - I just hadn't gotten around to leaving this very deserved review).

Very helpful for people who don’t know a lot I about bikes. We’re more then happy to make sure my 2 boys got some foot pegs fitted to their BMX bikes at short notice.
