A fantastic place to get your bike sorted, the guys are friendly and approachable and help out in small ways to assist you in repairing whatever it is that needs doing - and if you're super novice like me, they'll lend a hand where necessary. Really encouraging to you when you're getting it right by yourself! Beautiful location too. Huge thanks to them all!

The guys at Cycle Saloon are awesome! I have been to almost every cycle shop/workshop in the Melbourne region and hands down Cycle Saloon has given me the best advice and the best deal. These guys do an awesome job for cyclists and the community. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone with a 'give it a go' attitude. Great stuff, will definitely be back!

Really handy. I like to know how to fix things myself so this place is perfect. I didn’t have the tools and know-how and Tony walked me through the whole process step by step before I was back on the road running smoother than ever. If you’re a keen learner and know how to take advice then coming here is much more enjoyable than dropping your bike off at a mechanic or trying to follow annoying YouTube tutorials. Cheers guys.

Love this non for profit. Great service and Glen (who goes above and beyond) is a fantastic mechanic and teacher to help you get on yer bike! 10 per year membership is very reasonable too.

The old man is very rude. Keeps telling me to buy new parts and not second hand even though what I wanted. I rather go to another bicycle shop then this second hand bike shop again. The tall man is more helpful but unfortunately he isn’t there today. Never again

Did get some assistance but the older volunteer just wanted to tell me what was wrong rather than offering any support. It’s a real shame as I like the idea of a community supported bike space and previously volunteers have been really helpful. I won’t bother going there for help again. Will just try and work it out myself. Some other reviews seem to point the finger at a similar person so maybe it’s just one rotten apple.

Bought a really well refurbished bike that I love. These guys are really knowledgeable and enjoy what they do. Couldn't recommend them more. Keep an eye on their instagram for newly refurbished bicycles.

Great attitude and friendly staff. Lovely location by the river, on the bike trail. There isn’t a huge selection of bikes but it certainly has huge potential given the location and helpful staff.
