Came to The Cycling Fix to purchase a set of ROVAL C38 disc carbon wheels for my bike. Great service from Karina who was approachable and helpful. Staff gave small pointers on fitting/alignment on the new wheels which was much appreciated. Lovely shop for all things Specialized!

Absolutely awesome customer service from Paul and the team. If you’re thinking of buying a bike, I couldn’t recommend this team more! Especially if you want to be looked after post sale. The team are clearly trained properly and you can be assured your bike is setup properly as soon as you step on it.

I just paid a deposit on my new bike. I actually spoke to 3 people on 3 different occasions and found them to be very friendly and helpful. I asked for some minor changes to my set up and they ordered the new bits in with no fuss or extra charge. It's an immaculate and beautifully presented store to boot.. Yeah! buy your bike here. Cant go wrong.
Great service. I got my pedal stuck on my bike and they helped to take it off without charge. will go back for a saddle replacement later. Definitely recommend!

Had a small issue with a Bkool trainer, was able to take the trainer to the store where Paul was able to resolve the issue with a firmware update. Thanks for your patience in solving this problem.
