My Ist time E Bike purchase. Gordan provided excellent customer service. I went in with a budget. Did not try to sell above budget. Gordon set me up with two bikes for a test ride, that highlighted what was not suitable. Unfortunately I was unable to test ride the most suitable bike for my height of 179cm being a 28inch and having driven 4 hours it was not an option to wait more stock arrived. Gordon kindly referred to Hi5 knowing they had 28inch stock even though it meant losing a sale. Highly recommend, not pushy and listens.

I bought one electric bike two months ago from here and I am very happy with it. I have been using it a lot for Uber eats and I didn't have any problem. It is a lot better than a motorbike. The staff is very nice and they will help you to choose the best bike and they will explain you about the care of the bike. I'm so happy with my bike and the service, I totally recommend this shop.

After reading all the super positive comments about this place, thought I drive across the city to the store to get some first-hand information. Unfortunately, I did not experience the "excellent customer service" that the other reviewers on here raved about. After being fourth to be served despite being third in the line (maybe the couple after me had a booking? Would have been nice to be given a heads up if that was the case as I was already standing around for fifteen minutes), the salesperson seemed disinterested in getting to know my needs and make any of an effort to sell the features of the two bikes I was inquiring into. While this store seems to be the only retailer of the ebike that I'm in love with, sadly, I've decided to go with my second choice ebike somewhere else, as I would be concerned if that's an indication of what the after-sales support would be like. With that said, wishing this business all the best in its future.

James was professional and everything he told me from ordering to receiving the bike was what I got. I knew what to buy, a NCM Moscow plus, a fantastic electric mountain bike which is very hard to find in stock. I received it the day after I made the payment online! Very very happy, I assembled the bike and everything is on the spot!

A very pleasant and professional experience this morning with Gordon who knew his stuff and was spot on the money with his advise and customer service. The sixth E bike my boyfriend and I have purchased and definitely the best yet. Highly recommended.

Spend 2K on a bike with a 3year warranty on the frame and 2 years on the battery. The charger stops working. Ok, you're covered right. NO you're not. Its only 1 year on the charger they now say. But no where on the invoice is this stated. Only says "3 YEARS FRAME / 2 YEARS MOTOR / 2 YEARS BATTERY WARRANTY" Not only that. You get the ran around for almost a week before they tell you. Very poor service. Won't be upgrading bike with them thats for sure

Outstanding customer service. I chose this store because I was given so much help in choosing my first electric bike. I was really pleased and impressed with the bike that was recommended and the after sales service was magnificent. I felt so confident that I bought my second bike from them too. I have always been given the best customer service, advice and support from the super helpful staff and owner. I really recommend visiting their store because you will see what I mean for yourself. If you really want to get the very best customer service and support, this is the place to be.

Not buying from here again Online Got told ncm plus was going to be in store in 1 week. Paid deposit online than got told might be in store in 1 week. Explained to them son needed bike for school. Very hard to get deposit back. Sorry never again.
