Hassle free pick up. I did rate it 4 only because it was meant to be contactless but I ended up having to load my purchase into the car myself, although I did get offered assistance. Thought contactless was meant delivered to car and loaded. Could be wrong. \u200d️

I purchased a table and chairs which were far below the quality I expected for such goods. Given the price, and what I perceive as poor workmanship and lack of post purchase customer service I will go out of my way to avoid shopping at Harvey Norman ever again. I will be actively seeking competitors to price match.
