Friendly knowledgeable owner, very happy to go through anything with you regarding vaping. I regularly return to buy all my accessories or devices. Excellent variety at all times and is always stocked unlike other places I have visited on the odd chance... I will continue to return as long as I continue vaping.

Bizarre experience today. Went in for the first time ever to this shop. Was a simple request: to buy the flavoured vape juice we wanted, then leave. Instead, my friend and I felt shamed by the staff member serving us for wanting what we wanted. Rather than happily reach across to offer us a couple of options in that flavour, he first told us that the flavour we wanted would be just like “licking an ashtray” and that he prefers all the other flavour options. Not the best sales tactics there, bud. Are you trying to sell products or put customers off from buying in your shop?? We didn’t come in for a debate, nor a morality lesson on the “cancer that cigarettes will give” us, which he also pointed out several times. Then, to top the weird customer service experience off, he proceeded to put down another local Vape shop business, who he ‘assumed’ we had been to. Now, we don’t have any thoughts either way on what other local businesses do, as all we want is to buy the product we came for and leave. Whoever can provide that to us, we will buy from. But I just thought it was bad form when businesses bag other businesses as a tactic to keep people at their own business. So... like I said, it was a bizarre and somewhat unpleasant visit to this business today. Not sure I will be back anytime soon, especially when there are several other Vape shop options in the area to choose from.

Awesome guy, fantastic customer service. Gave full instructions on how to use everything and even re-wrapped some old batteries free of charge and disposed of old batteries. Couldn't recommend enough, especially for people new to vaping. The shop manager is very patient and answers every question. 10/10
