Mark and the team are exceptionally professional. They kept their word and honoured our deposit form 5 years ago. Nothing was a hassle. Great customer service. I am over the moon with the entire process. Knowledge, forms, applications, installer who also recommended the excavator contractor. Affordable, timely and overall excellent. Thanks for everything and I have been telling everyone about you and the team. My pool was even delivered personally by the manager after hours. Scott was our installer- and again outstanding.
The whole process was great! A big thank you Mark for all your help. We had a few obstacles with getting the right size and you were very accommodating with everything and you were there always when we needed information. A big thank you to Lez (installer) he went above and beyond for us! He did an amazing job on the install and has been so helpful with everything we needed. We did the back filling ourselves and Lez even came back at the end of the day to check how we were going. We weren't finished so he got in and helped us with the last hour. We honestly couldn't thank you guys enough for all your help and great customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone we know.

We went to Classic Pools over 17 years ago to have our semi submerged above ground pool installed. How was it?? Well 17 years later - with almost daily use- it's still standing! We dropped in to see what it would cost to replace as the lining is now getting a little discoloured and it all could do with a refresh. We were delighted to see a pic of our pool and garden still on their walls & amazing to think how much it's changed over the 17 years. But needless to say they did brilliant job 17 years ago and I hope that later this year, when we replace that old pool, the new one will be just as great. Mark is a super friendly and helpful guy who is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend Classic Pools!
We had the pleasure of dealing with Soren to get our Pool installed and he was stress free, even though it was a stressful time with him and how many pools and jobs he was managing. Pool got installed before Christmas, the only company to offer that turnaround time and the 5 X 2.5 fibreglass is just perfect. It came in cheaper, by about 10k when comparing with Plunge Pool companies.
Great work! Very quick to install and get council approval. They are very professional and do an amazing job.
