Parking found with ease at the front of the shop... Ordered a chicken burger for myself and my son with a few spicy wings... Staff were very helpful in my order and the price of the wings and burger were in-between Average to slightly high... The only thing I didn't like was they place 2 pieces of crumbed tenderloins in the burger to make up the chicken burger... I personally would have preferred a piece of chicken breast no crumbs... In saying this it tasted rather nice to my surprise... Wings were very tasty also...

The Charcoal and broasted chicken isn’t exceptional. Their customer service is profoundly lacking in many aspects - the owner is extremely defensive and sensitive when asked about the legitimacy of “hand slaughtered” chicken - when I witnessed that they were cooking an item that clearly isn’t. It was very apparent that a resolution was not possible. Their reply to a simple question was quite threatening, immature and abhorrent. I do not recommend this place and would suggest other like minded individuals to find outlets that are more welcoming and civil.

This is by far the best fried chicken I’ve had! It’s not that oily and it has the best crunch when you take a bite. The customer service is okay, but would be nice if we had receipt numbers for them to call out once our order is ready. Other than that, space is good; sometimes parking is crowded due to land area. Above all I would love to recommend this place for you. They have their service on Menulog so check it out!
We love Broaster's Liverpool!! The chicken is always fresshhhh and crunchy and yummy! Plus the people there are nice and prompt! This is our go to food for cravings!
Chicken Wings and Fried Chicken is great but service needs a massive improvement. Sundays they stop cooking wings at 7:15pm but close at 8:30pm? Servers aren't very welcoming and tend to rush you through your order. I think they'd be losing more than a few customers if their service doesn't improve.
These people don't have manners, they haven't learned to say please.
The foods perfect but the tall indian looking dude should go back to school in regards to timing. Was told 10 min wait but ended up being 30.
