After reading previous reviews i called Poppy's and asked if i ordered flowers to be delivered today would they actually be delivered today. I explained i had read the reviews and before i ordered and paid for the flowers i needed to know if they would be delivered today. The gentleman that answered the phone then relayed the message to the lady in the background. I heard the lady in the background reply "If she doesn't like the reviews, tell her to go somewhere else". Whilst i could tell the gentleman i was talking too was extremely embarrassed, i couldn't believe the rudeness of the lady. Obviously i didn't buy my flowers from here, and i can't believe this shop is still in business. My advice to future shoppers is, don't waste your time and effort. This lady obviously doesn't care or need the business.

Ordered and paid for a delivery to my sister for her birthday, no flowers delivered either on the day or day after. Tomorrow is Good Friday so I hope these people are open om Saturday so I can blast them for rippong me off and failing to do what they were paid to do. Not at all impressed.
Non-delivery of flowers for Mother's Day. Don't answer their phone when you try to find out what happened. Can't get a refund. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Just terrible. I wish I could give zero stars.
No way would I order from here again delivery instructions to be delivered before 10:30 am they were sent out after 2 pm this was after many ph calls talking with a rude woman was meant to be a dozen roses there were only 9 no reasons as to why or offer of a reduced cost would never recommend this place

Would not recommend this florist, save your money! Preordered Mothers Day flowers (60 bunch of white Lillie’s) for delivery either Saturday or Sunday. After checking all day Sunday to see if the flowers had been received, I called at the shop at 6pm to be met by rudeness and an excuse as to how busy they were and an issue with the courier. I would have been compassionate about the situation if there was no attitude or maybe even a phone or text message advising of the delay but got met with how the woman hadn’t slept for two days and how many orders they had. Flowers finally arrived and they were in a box with three blue flowers and three lilac flowers??? Not a Lilly anywhere. They were the ugliest boxed flower arrangement I have ever seen!
Not much to choose from after getting past some night display in the doorway wouldn't bother not worth the one star but you can't post unless you click at least one
