If they could drag themselves away from their personal conversations for a minute it would be good. My daughter and I went to Lilydale horseland. She had 150 to buy some clothes. 3 people came in after us and all got approached and served as they were identified as regulars. I'll give you a hint... When a parent comes in with their child a) they are probably there to buy something b) they probably need assistance. Not the first time this has happened there either. We won't be going back...
I was in recently trying to purchase a gift for my sister but left without purchasing anything after being treated rudely by a male staff member but luckily the place across the road was much more understanding and helpful to me as I don’t know much about the horse world.
A real local feel with the staff and a good range. They were even happy with bringing the dog in so he didn't sit in the car! Amazing
