I went to total tools Launceston today for the first time to buy something for my Buisness and I walked in with one of my workers with every intention to buy a 200 item I walked in straight past 3 total tools staff who were behind the counter didn’t get any form of communication out of the 3 staff so I wandered over to the spanners/shifters walked up and down 3 isles still no communication all 3 staff walked past the isle I was in they looked and continued to walk on at the time we were the only 2 people in the store so I continued to walk out of the store still no communication very disappointed in my visit to total tools as I’ve been to other total tool stores before and this one is very average to say the least I won’t be rushing back to the Launceston store I’ll use be using one of the other tool stores in Launceston from now on

Hi. Total Tools in Launceston is a bright clean shop. It has since conception grown in its product selection. Staff are friendly and helpful, and most of the time remember you from the last time you visited. Prices are good in most things.
