5-Star - It’s all about Supporting Local We are overjoyed with the results from working with John Ng of Money Jar Concept. Wanting to support local, we engaged Money Jar Concept to assist with securing a SMSF loan to purchase our first commercial property. John Ng really surprised us! John co-ordinated some very early starts (6:am) to work through the necessary paperwork, some late nights (9:30pm) to collect the signatures of the loan applications and he continually kept us up to date on the lenders progress. His service was exceptional, as is his smile, and he kept patient & calm throughout the process. There were some tough conversations through the first lender’s rejection. John came highly recommended by a friend because I needed advice about the best way forward to purchase a new car. John was at all times patient and clear Even though he earned nothing from my final decision (mortgage redraw), he was happy to put this on the table with the other loan options, and even affirm it. My benchmark for a good financial advisor of any kind is that I don't put down the phone with my head spinning; rather, that I feel empowered about my finances and peace of mind about big decisions. I now have my new car (yay!). John was one of the first to congratulate me. I really like his community spirit - as evident on his FB page. He cares about his clients and clearly loves what he does. We had such a great experience having John as our broker after being referred from a good friend. He was professional, but also relaxed and friendly - we felt like we had known him for years! As this was our first home loan, we were pretty clueless and John was amazing at explaining things in simple easy to understand terms.
