On time, good value on all four luggage trailers. Numerous upgrades at nil charge provided for durability in the Pilbara region. Minor issue with luggage falling on latch on rear door stopping it from being opened was quickly resolved at no cost with an engineered solution. Thanks Tony great job, highly recommended.

I have had a Polmac Caged trailer for a couple years and cannot speak highly enough. It's done camping trips to Coral Bay, helped with house moves, done many very full tips runs and the tipping function is great for loads of soil. Never had an issue and just had the trailer serviced and the After Sales service was great too. Highly recommend...
Recently engaged Polmac Trailers to build a new custom designed pool trailer. They not only delivered before schedule but also came in on budget. The service was second to none and found found they were always available to talk to with any questions or modifications that we had. Thanks guys!
Just an update review. Have trailer now almost 2 years. Still going exceptional. Only had to change jockey wheel. Bought trailer for my 5.3m aluminium boat. Email first contact and they came back within hour. All future dealings was quick, friendly and timely. I took my boat up from Cowaramup and they fitted it on new trailer same day. Service was very professional and friendly. Also kept my old trailer and sold that on my behalf.Ended up with great trailer. Can highly recommended Tony and his team.

Just had our trailer built by Polmac absolutely stoked with the way it turned out, the staff were friendly and a pleasure to deal with especially when I had a million question. There focus was on getting the trailer right for me which they did. Would definitely recommend and definitely will use them again. Thanks for everything
Great company to deal with from Liz in the office who is worth hundreds of thousands to the company, to the boys in the work shop in Beaconsfield. They were all so easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble thank you so much for a trouble free experience.
DO YOUR RESEARCH, BUYER BEWARE!! ERIC POLLARD is still involved with Polmac Trailers. I had dealings with Polmac a few years ago, worst experience I have ever had, Paid up front which was my first mistake. Trailer was delivered over a month late, Had all the excuses under the sun as to why it wasn't finished, even went as far as to tell me he had a death in the family which I have since found out has been used with other customers too. When finally "finished" the trailer was not what I asked for. Build quality was so poor I have not even used the trailer. It was even already rusting when I picked it up the paint job was so poor. I returned the trailer for a refund as it was not fit for purpose, or even roadworthy and was told they would provide a refund in due course, which of course they didn't. Took Polmac to Court which was my second mistake. Eric is a seasoned veteran when it comes to shonky business dealings, look up Polmac Trailers on the ASIC business names search and you will see they just shut the business down and open again with a new ABN. After I won my court case the bailiff went to seize property at the business as they refused to pay, but nothing is in their name. Was told by the bailiff that even if I could locate any assets there were already 3 cases in front of mine that had been won and were seeking payment so the chance of me seeing any sort of refund was at best unlikely. Ended up having to accept the trailer back otherwise I would have ended up with nothing. It has literally never been used. I really do hope that Polmac is now a legitimate operation, I have seen on some of these reviews that state the business is under new ownership but when I called Polmac Trailers this week and asked to speak to Eric Pollard I was told "He's is not currently available, can I get him to give you a call back". DO YOUR RESEARCH AND NEVER PAY POLMAC UPFRONT would be my advice.
