Good following up and customer care. Milwaukee didn't send the tools which I needed but Paul was really great and kept following it up ,eventually made it . Good on you guys
Paul from total tools Bendigo was terrific didn't try to sell something l didn't need, but helped compare the different products. Didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Great service.
First time visiting a Total Tools. The staff at Bendigo were super knowledgeable and really personable. I felt like they went above and beyond even though I wasn't a tradie or a regular. Will definitely be a regular from now on though!
Good range of products. Guy on the check out had to be asked to keep his mask on and then kept letting it slip down. :-(
