Wish i could give this place 0 stars. Most awful customer service I have ever come across. The older male who I believe is the owner is horrible. The way he spoke to both myself and my children was disgusting. Great place for the kids, but very poor customer service. New management would work wonders for this place. Until then we wont be returning.

I called at 11.30am to book and was told there is no need for a booking, but that they were closing at 4pm instead of advertised 5pm. I drove 30 mins to get there by 2pm and the doors were locked a hand written note said they closed due to inability to have their staff work in the extreme weather. It was a hot day and staff should be safe, but 1 it's an indoor centre, and 2, I had called just 2 and half hours earlier...not sure the weather or forecast changed so drastically in that time... Very poor... I won't waste my time trying to go there again, and risk a car load full of disappointed kids...

Cool place for kids and kid at heart. Toddlers to adults are accommodated.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The kids had a curriculum day and KemziO over the road was closed, so we thought we'd chance it and give Jump Crazy a go. I had flicked through google reviews prior to going but thought surely the place can't be that bad! Well, I was proven wrong. The middle aged guy on the front counter took arrogance to a whole new level. He advised us they had no stock of medium socks and gave my two kids, aged 8 & 10, giant adult socks (see photo!). I said surely they aren't safe as the socks will slip off and not provide the grip the kids need. He was insistent it would be fine and told them to fold them over. He said it was not his fault the factory in china had closed for a month and ran out of stock. I said surely you are not going to charge for the socks? His response 'you certainly don't get anything for nothing". So not to create a fuss in front of the kids, I paid reluctantly. The entire hour the kids were tripping over these giant socks, constantly pulling them up and taking away from the enjoyment. We have been to Rush HQ and Jump deck and by far a more pleasant fun atmosphere. I find it hard to fathom that someone investing money and running a business, especially one aimed at family fun, can be so rude and arrogant and accept a barrage of negative reviews without taking the criticism on board and getting the basics of good old fashioned customer service right. You'd be crazy to take your kids to jump crazy!

I am absolutely appalled at the "customer service" I received attending this trampoline park, and what is more concerning is that it was the owner I dealt with. This man is cold, bossy and very unprofessional when conversing with him. Very transactional and dictating rules to the kids in an necessary way. It is very evident the moment you step into this place that everything is a money grab. Only branded socks purchased from the venue are to be worn, price is excessive compared to its competitors, and minimum eft for food purchases. Don't even think about bringing outside food you will be made to throw it out. Parents are not allowed down on the floor unless paying for the jump you must watch from the deck. Only half of the inflatable section was operational, and it is very grubby. Save your money and go elsewhere were you will feel much more valued. To the owner - People will forget what you said, however they will never forget the way you made them feel. Will not be back!

Great place for the kids to get their energy out on a rainy day. Lots of play options - Friendly service and a great little cafe, too.

I had a Groupon voucher which I was told didn't work in their system so I had to pay, twice, as I couldn't say no to my daughter once there and go back home. The elder man behind counter was rude and I have seen better inflatable and trampoline places. Not worth going to if you can get to another one somewhere else. Overall disappointing.

Had a big group of 15 people, everyone arrived wearing the proper grippy socks, but we were forced to purchase 5 pairs of 'Jump Crazy' socks because people were wearing 'Bounce' trampoline park socks. Disgusted, we purchased cold and hot drinks and heaps of food and also spent money on the games.
