Toxic council - worst place to live in a Australia. Extremely destructive to the natural environment and this is a Biodiversity Hotspot. Can't wait to leave and live anywhere else!

Update Thanks to the Ranger Darren who put my family faith back in local laws enforcement I am happy to lift my evaluation from 1 star to 5 stars Darren followed, updated and informed me ,giving accurate accounts and outcomes. ————————————————————— Waiting for the Ranger for ONE hour as people with dogs entering the Duns to the restricted area on the beach at “Iluka Beach Park” !! It’s very obvious that rangers take long time (intentionally or unintentionally) to arrive !! I showed him all evidence but he was reluctant to take any action !! Hum something is really wrong hear and it needs to be fixed.

I have recently fractured my spine and was housebound. A friend brought some food, as I could not shop. In the time it took for them to enter my house and drop off the food, there was an 80 fine on the windscreen of their car. There were no other cars on the street at the time. They wouldn't listen to the circumstances. I hope I will be able to return the compassion and consideration given to me (with interest) . I believe in Karma. (they only got one star because you can't give less)

Was walking the dog on a leash on a footpath near the beach when ranger approached and asked for the details to check that the dog is registered. Few days later received the fine. This is not a standard of service i expect from my Council and I would like a manager responsible for Infringements to review this case. Dog's name is Yasha

I have been very unfairly given a 80 parking fine. I have written to them twice, but they don't even try to listen to my reasons. They say I can go to court. I asked them a ball park figure of what the court costs may be? the best they can give me is between 200 and 3,000. Seriously? They obviously don't want me to challenge in court. Shocking and grossly unfair to deal with!

Thanks for closing Grand Boulevard every time I come into Joondalup. It makes for a great chance to get lost exploring the streets and discover new places. Finding myself, Chevy

Well at midnight on new years eve a joondalup city ranger thought it was a good time to take a photo of my vehicle and then run off laughing as if he had won something among his associates. And when i asked him what he was doing he laughed again and said i got ya, which me and my family found strange as we celebrated out the front listening to fireworks. Is it a game to these guys? Ill be finding out as soon as they open again and hopefully get something sensible from someone in charge and not laughed at and brushed off! HAPPY NEW YEAR RANGER!
