Just went to mornington jaycar whilst serving me staff member wandered off and started serving another customer and just left me I needed replacement 12v bulb waiting for him to come back he didn't I had to get another staff member to get bad bulb from him so he could look for new one. Absolutely piss poor service how rude can you get.no wonder bad reviews..

They are probably OK if you know what you are doing. But if you need some expertise, try somewhere else. I described what I needed to achieve, and that I wasn't sure how to best go about it, to the "assistant" and received the following helpful guidance: "No." That was it. No attempt at all to give me any ideas on other options, adn when I asked a few more questions, the answers were equally unhelpful. Totally disinterested, won't be back.
