The lady I spoke to at the time was very polite and took my details for someone to call me back. It has been over a week and no one has called me back to organise an onsite consultation or even a timeframe when someone can come out. The 2 star rating was because of their lack of follow up. This comment has nothing to do on their workmanship or anything else. Just the fact no one has followed up. Update Happy with the fast response from the team at outback pools. Had a call from Daniel not long after the response from my post. He was very apologetic and professional. Looking forward to seeing Daniel on Monday.

We shopped around for about a year before deciding to go with Daniel and Outback Pools and very glad we did. Fantastic pool, great quality trades, top quality pool equipment and overall finish. Reasonably priced, they were excellent to deal with, from design to council to building. Everything went almost perfect for us. Highly recommended.
We brought a house that came with our first pool. The team at outback pool’s could not have been more helpful. They took time to explain what we had to do and how to do it with genuine concern and did not just sell us lots of stuff. Daniel came to our place and fitted up cost saving pump and offered great advice. Highly recommended.
Had a new filter installed by them 2 weeks ago and am impressed with service. After three days my pool was immaculate. Thanks for the prompt service and friendly staff.
I have been using Outback Pools for the last 11 years. As a first time pool owner I had no idea of how to maintain and look after a pool and they have been so helpful! Nothing is too much trouble and they always ensure they provide the most cost effective solution. I wouldn't use anyone else - highly recommend them!
Daniel and his team have done an amazing job. We found them to be honest, reliable and very easy to work with. They have also been great with after sales service and happy to answer all my questions. I would, with no questions recommend them to anyone thinking of building or renovating a pool. Thanks for all your great work.
