I was looking to get a bike right away same day same week. I called local bike shop in Toogoolawah QLD no bikes. So I called 99 Bikes, Cassandra answered the phone and said come on in we will fix you up right away. I drove straight to the shop and it was raining bikes. The store had the right bike at the right price and all the gear I needed from scratch. The service reminded me why it is so much better to shop in store than it is online. Apart from getting everything you want and making sure it works on the spot, there is also the celebration of buying a product and walking out of the store with everything you need. Had my Giant Defy serviced recently and had an issue with a broken hydraulic di2 brake lever. The guys tried hard to source a new lever but due to currently availability nothing was could be sourced till next month. I managed to sourced brakes from USA which had to be modified to Australian standard but was all done at a reasonable price and works greats. Very happy with the service, knowledge and price.

Picked up my new Scultura 4000 on Sunday, over 3 months earlier than predicted. Tiff was fantastic helping me out with extra gear and the team effort with fitting me to the bike was excellent. Asked alot of questions being new to road and all were answered in a very friendly manner. Thanks team Ipswich.

Staff were welcoming, informative and cheerful both on the phone and in store. It was great to see the care taken with the handover of my sons new bike. A quick check over and offered a free service in 3 months. Very happy with our purchase experience. Highly recommend.
