Sales person was rude and not helpful at all. Item was not in stock, no big deal. He did not offer any replacement or even display model. Convenient to drop by, not online purchase. Sadly, I bought item elsewhere and won't be returning to North Launceston due to ONE very rude man. Remind staff customer is not an intrusion, but an important part of their livelyhood.

Was pretty good service once we got served, to there defence it was very busy, which leads me to believe they need more staff on the weekends or when sales are on. The young fella who served us was very knowledgeable and gave a good package deal discount. Over all happy with jb hi-fi.
Good shop. Always love JB. Bought a tv. Had to wait for service but got there in the end. Also had to wait at checkout for someone to take my money. Don't know why so slow maybe staffing issues.
Looking for small transistor radio. Found exactly what I needed. Great range of music cds.
What can I say? I bought on vinyl the Stones' Let It Bleed and Dylan's Blonde On Blonde so I can't give it anything but praise.
Lots of Tv's but nil 12 volt. With tourism being pushed, think of this side of the market. 2 stars are for the older lady that welcomed us.
Every time I've been in to purchase either I can't get help or the staff members can't find the stock I'm after and come back and just say "i don't know where it is" I generally stand around trying to catch someone, but 9/10 times I'm ignored. The only person who gives you the time of day is the security person on the door. Easy parking and a reasonably well stocked store, so it's good in that regard but service isn't the best.
Took quite sometime to get help for my purchase but when I did it was excellent
