As a medical receptionist from another local clinic asking for a simple request for records to be sent through the older receptionist I spoke with was utterly rude and had no basic medical receptionist etiquette or patience. I would hate to see how the vulnerable patients are treated in this practice if this is how she speaks to other industry colleagues.

I have been treated with the utmost respect by the staff and the doctors who have treated me for any complaints that I have had medically.
All three doctors I've seen here have been caring & informative. Reception staff & nurses have also been lovely to deal with.

My family and I have been going to this medical center for more than 4 years. The nature of the center is very friendly.staffs are extremely excellent and the doctors are very spot on. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys at the hypermarket medical center.
By far the best was Dr. McGrath, very accommodating and always put me on the right track with no issues... Old fashioned service and good bedside manner. On the polar end of the scale from my experience with Mario, he is pretty distant and somewhat automaton... No wonder his name sits on the bottom of the list outside.
As an American tourist I injured myself running, which required stitches in my hand, gums, and chin. At the Aspley Hypermarket Medical Center I received excellent care from Dr. Baek. His diagnosis of my injuries was spot on and his skill at stitching, phenomenal. He also considered infection and prescribed the correct antibiotics. I felt well cared for as a foreigner, and he showed great attention to every detail in the after- care he provided. I would never hesitate to choose Dr. Baek as my care provider.
