Very poor customer service in this branch. Especially the Chinese lady. My husband and I are the medibank customer for a long time. The recent visit in this branch looking for further assistance for our claim. The second question we;ve been asked in half way, the lady already stopped us asking and told us " HEY LISTEN..."Absolutely rude and ridiculous customer service representative that we've been ever have. Does Medibank understand how many competitors out there and this lady customer service already made us looking for other private insurer.

Pet insurance was a trick. I feel cheated by the staff in Medibank Hurstville store. Just canceled even I need to pay cancellation fee. I Paid 3 month insurance fee and claim nothing back. Also paid thousand dollars for vet. Advised by the old Chinese female staff here. I paid 3 months for pet insurance and cannot claim anything back. Firstly, I went to a store for a proper advise for my 3 month puppy, the staff strongly introduced emergency pet insurance. The staff also mention that my puppy’s breed should under this cover. She did not tell that I could not get claim for a little general illness, only claim for accident, which I just read this information from the 50 pages PDF. My purpose was clear to the staff that little puppy is young and only little chance could be serious illness. She just point out I can claim 80%, not a word about only cover accidents such as hit by a vehicle. The staff was lack of knowledge on puppy, normally puppy will have diarrhea because of eating rubbish bin and gastrointestinal problem. But unfortunately, I paid three month for cover none of there conditions. The only reason why the staff strongly advise should be the emergency’s prices higher than essential.

Very easy to make claim in spot, however, i am disappointed with the Chinese staff in this branch with quite rude attitude. When i was asking, who does not answer me politely and directly but hit me back with a rhetorical question. Feel so sad.

Thanks very much to Renee for help me update my AGR registration finally. I can not give 5 stars because some staff in Medibank hurstville they don’t know what they are doing about their jobs. They don’t know how to help customers to solve the problem. I went to hurstville Medibank to update my AGR registration three times in last three months. It is a easy job , take months to solve it. I don’t want wast my time to explain what they did before. Finally, I got beautiful girl Renee to helped me solved the problem successfully. Thanks again, Renee.

I was advised that a claim would take 5 business days. It's been almost a month now and they said my claim wasn't in the system...

I have tried to buy a new health cover for my new visa, and I have tried to do it online. The online customer service centre was a bit confused me, but the Hurstville store helps me to solve my problem within 15 minutes. I am very appropriate that, thanks!

The Chinese man that served me was arrogant and rude. A very condensending male! Will not listen to my questions n will not look at me when i speak! The way he spoke,like he is so superior! Will not go this branch ever again! Left this place very shaken n held back my tears.

They have this "amazing" system in place that you put your name in the queue and when you are second in line you will receive SMS. I did my shopping in the meanwhile and kept frantically checking my phone to make sure I don't miss my appointment. After 1,5 hrs I went to ask what was going on and rude Asian lady told me my name is not in the queue because it was removed. I asked her why it was removed and by whom. She was just rude and told me to get another ticket and wait. I mean talk about customer service and wasting my time. Time to switch healthcare providers. Horrible!
