A massive thanks to Craig and Team at Baily Marine for recently getting me back up and running on the water with a new F115LB. An impressive bit of gear and could not be happier but to top that off with exceptional customer service and support from Baily Marine really put the icing on the cake! I have been dealing with Baily Marine for the past few years both privately and through work and on every occasion their workmanship and customer service have far exceeded my expectations. A professional, no fuss, super helpful team that have been an absolute pleasure to deal with; thanks again Craig for everything in what has been a challenging year. Craig the owner has really gone far and beyond with his customer service. Bought 2 new 350hp Yamaha outboards. Nothing ever an issue and very easy to deal with!!! Fairly priced! Good old fashion genuine customer service. Highly recommended.
Took a bottom leg in to get one seal and water pump kit in parts and told the cost would be 152 for parts and an extra 150 to do the job so 352 to do the complete job. Rang up a week and a half later and told it needed two more seals, so the whole job would be 450 in total. Got the call to pick up and I went down and told that he had problems and the labor cost blew the job out to 700. If I new that I would of done the job myself for around 210 in parts at no point did they call and inform me about any problems and extra costs. I would not recommend this work shop to anyone.
