That was the slowest tax return I have ever endured. I am an existing customer and had a great experience in H&R Block Newtown. These guys weren't friendly and slow as anything. They couldn't even load my details I already provided from Newtown. I will not be returning.

These guys really know their stuff. David isn't rude, he just says it how it is. People need to lighten up. He's great at his job and always gets me the maximum tax return with the minimum amount of fuss.

Tax return was done well, but the agents manner was impolite and unfriendly. I felt uncomfortable during the session. There use to be an excellent tax agent at this office, which is why I returned here, but after two unpleasant experiences I will not be returning again.

By far the most rude man I have ever spoke with! I can't say anything for the manor in which he works as the phone call went on for no more then 5 minutes the way David at the agency looks to speak to prospected clients is shocking and I would not reccomend him to anybody!
