I just wanted to say how impressed I was when I visited your Hornsby store on the 3rd. I was looking around and was approached by a 'Dan' lovely man who was more then willing to help me, as a customer sometimes when you approach someone stacking shelves they can act like you have interrupted them and that its not worth it at times to even bother to ask. Dan was lovely though, and although you didnt have what I needed Dan spent about 15 minutes with me brainstorming other ideas that I could use for my bathroom. I left feeling really valued as a person and its was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I hope you pass this on to him and left him know that the time he spent with me really made my day.

Good shop with some great prices ! Might be wondering, why 2 stars missing still? Lol 1. Some items doesn’t have a price tag and gotta take it to the front counter for price check. 2. As usual, cold stone daily Aussie(Sydney) Cashier. Dear hiring manager, it’s awesome to hire teenagers but somebody gotta train them properly. That kid who served me today, never even smiled..
