Purchased back here several years ago and purchased an expensive nail clippers for my father, they actually did not work as he had brittle and soft nails. I was refused a refund and was stuck with clippers that were not fit for purpose. I did not persevere for the refund as my father was dying at the time and was too busy working and looking after him to chase up a refund. I just hope your customer service has improved now as back then it was unacceptable.

I went to the shaver shop and was met by the salesman Chad there. Let me say, what an incredibly nice and helpful young lad. He found exactly the product I was looking for and was smiling all the while. If you go in to the store, make sure to say hi to Chad, he's the tall dark and handsome lad with a killer smile. Bless you Chad and your amazing customer service. I will be sure to be back again.
