Superlative service! I rang from Canberra on a Thursday morning to buy a mobility scooter for elderly relatives in Berowra Heights. Anthea was so friendly and helpful and gave me a good price. She had the one I decided on in the store the next day (Friday) and delivered it that evening within a mere few minutes of the time she had estimated that morning. After their initial shock and a few tears (which Anthea had to deal with) my rellies reported how friendly she was and how she spent time carefully telling them all about it and assessing the first trial ride. I have 2 mobility scooters (one large and one automatic folding) myself for my own disability so am qualified to assess the service offered by a mobility aid provider. I'd already planned to buy a big gutsy 4wd / all-terrain mobility scooter next year to return to a "bushwalking" type of activity. Guess who I'll be contacting to source one for me!!!!

A faultless service to my home by this company and in particular Ms Priestly herself. After personally delivering and allowing me to try out the walking aid she took it back without complaint when it didn’t suit. Later she suggested something I purchased. This fitted my requirements perfectly. Ms Priestly applies good old fashioned knowledgeable service to her customers found very rarely in this day and age.

Needing wheel repairs for an older UK collapsible wheelchair, I found Roland Priestly was the only maintenance service prepared to go beyond the typical response of: "Sorry, the parts are no longer available". The repair was completed with new wheels adapted to our wheelchair by the application of a little sound engineering. The job was done promptly and efficiently at reasonable cost.
