Used to be a great gym before the new owners took over. unfortunately they do not know how to run a gym or a business. Yes the floor needed to be replaced when they took over but we never asked for fancy hardwood floor. Would have been better keeping the money to fix and maintain the old equipment. Same for painting the walls... started it and never finished. Have been misleading a lot of customers about buying new equipment for the gym (which was not needed really, just needed to fix and maintain the old ones) but the order has been cancelled since. The worst is some of the old equipment have been sold and not replaced. Been told a new low pulley machine has been told to replace the sold one for 2 weeks now and has not arrived yet. more likely just lying again. before there was someone working at the reception who will pick up the weighs, cleans and maintain the gym. now there is no one to do this job. fair enough if they want to save money but instead of wasting time moving all the equipment around every single day/week, they should do these. for their everyone's benefit and their own, they should sell the gym to someone who knows how to run one and who has the passion for fitness.

Great cosy little gym with all the essentials and five buck casual visits. My new local spot
Was a good gym at the start. Current management has no idea. Has the space to be the best gym in West but unfortunately is not the case. Some of the cables are frayed and stick. Pulled my back on the lying leg curl because of this. Used to have a good atmosphere, feels like a funeral parlour now.
the previous owner nathan was fantastic, since changing hands this gym has unfortunately gone downhill very quickly, staff do nothing, stock not replenished, annual membership is more expensive than it was, old machines were taken out with promises of new ones.. but delivered nothing! what was once a great gym is on its last legs! !!TO THE OWNERS, SELL THE GYM BEFORE YOU TOTALLY KILL IT!!
Old and neglected gym.Most of cardio equipments don't work due maintenance priblems.
Run down gym with the most awful customer service I’ve ever experienced at a gym. It took me 4 weeks with multiple emails being ignored, phones not being answered and when going it, being told management would ring to which they didn’t. Canceled my contract due to their inability to provide the service of a personal trainer which they recommend to me and then fired they still enforced the cancellation fee dispite then being unable to provide the service to which I signed up for. And never resolved the lack of response to any of my contact. Shouldn’t be running a gym with service like that!
You will not find a cheaper gym than Raw 24. They have updated a lot of equipment and you don't have to worry about an expensive first time fee (12 only) on a no lock in contract (12 p/w). If you know how to pump a session without a PT then Raw is the best option for you
Great gym but no classes. Great if you know what you need to do and want to get in and smash out your workout
