TREETOPS is a lovely property and was a great setting for a groom to stay with his groomsmen and family, and get ready for his wedding day. The property was comfortable and clean, and the house well stocked with all the essentials. Lounges were a little worn and could've done with a clean, but generally it was a great house to stay in. With regard to the booking experience, I've booked many holiday homes and I work in the travel industry, but I've never experienced such poor customer service. Staff were difficult and unreasonable when I had to change dates due to COVID, and my calls/emails were never returned, as promised. Only person who did actually call me back as promised, was Rik. Thanks Rik for making sure everything went well when we finally got there.

Thank you for creating a stunningly beautiful oasis. We had a fantastic holiday with friends. The kids had a ball. All aspiring artists so the curiosity garden was a hit...plus it provided the ideal Easter egg hunt place. The house and outdoor kitchen were so well stocked...everything was thought about to make it an easy stay. We cannot wait to return...and will be booking ASAP.
Lovely place and a lovely stay. Mostly well-equipped with all your needs. Comfy beds with clean, crisp sheets though the place could do with a thorough dust. Holiday Rental Specialists fabulous to deal with and will definitely approach again when staying down South.
Dirty property, not recommended. Horrible bbq and rubbish in the oven. Stain on the bed lining. Good nature around but not recommended to stay as it’s not clean and well managed by the owner.
Our family had a lovely extended long weekend away. The house is amazing. Tastefully furnished and decorated and has everything g you need. Checking in and out was a breeze and the communications was clear right from the start. This is our second time so highly recommended.
What an amazing holiday destination The Life of Riley and Darcy is!! Its so hard to find places that are truly dog friendly but this place is a true dog oasis. Absolutely everything has been thought of and included to make it an enjoyable stay for you and your dog. On the doggy front there is a fully fenced yard, an abundance of doggy beds and toys, collars, leads, towels, a dress up box as well as shell pools and a doggy bath. On the human front there is absolutely nothing we needed that wasn't there. The range of kitchen utensils, BBQ utensils and cleaning equipment was fantastic. The fact that the beach is a short stroll away was a huge bonus and although there are many other dog friendly things to do in the area we didn't venture from the house/beach as we had everything we needed right there. I wish there were more dog friendly accomodation like this around....it certainly sets the standard and we can't wait to go back
Absolutely amazing holiday home. Holiday Rental Specialists were fantastic to deal with. We stayed at Emerald Kiama which is such a beautiful home. It's family friendly, pet friendly and such a great floor plan for either a couple of families with kids or just couples. The house itself was very well maintained and extremely clean. I would go as far to say it's the best holiday home we have ever stayed in and we've stayed in many. The photos are exactly what you get - paradise! The location is wonderful with the coastal walk starting just down the road and the beach and town just a short drive. The pool was so clean and sparkling- the kids were not missing out due to rain. They enjoyed swimming in the heated saltwater pool even in the rain. We will be back as this was such a lovely holiday. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay!!!
