AVOID!.. Worst vacation experience of our lives.. Geoffrey Bott (Manager) has no integrity and poor business ethics.. The property we booked failed to come close to what was advertised... POOR HYGIENE with RUBBISH and DUST, SPIDERS and cobwebs, and an unsafe curtain rail hung to the ceiling with fishing line, along with different old furniture than depicted in photos... not only was Geoff difficult to deal with by taking NO RESPONSIBILITY, he refused to refund our money, fording is to go to NSW Office of Fair Trading to intervene to get it.. Highly recommend to AVOID using Blue Mountain Getaways.

Spent a weekend at one of the houses in Katoomba. The place was very clean, nice facilities, the kitchen was fully equipped as they promised, adjustable temperature in all rooms and common areas, walking distance to any of the lookout points. Had a great time indeed, couldn't ask for more and left me willing to go back soon.
The property we rented in Leura called pretty haven is cold - not enough heating. Pretty but cold.

We recently stayed at the Sunrise House property in Hazelbrook. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway for two families. The warm house is cosy & has everything you need, the kitchen is particularly well equipped and a lovely place to hang out on a chilly morn. The room sizes are generous & the downstairs bath was wonderful for a long soak. The highlight of the property is the deck, we enjoyed most of our meals out there simply just hanging out & gazing at the gorgeous view. Our kids loved exploring the terraced back yard. The house is well located for lots of bush walks and a great place to enjoy a Blue Mountains Getaway.
