Dave provided the most amazing customer service on Friday (01/01/21). Took the time to go in to detail about the product we were enquiring about when he was the only person (we could see) in the store. Dave really went above and beyond and we were that pleased with his customer service, we bought the product there and then rather than shopping around. We'll be back to this store for any future bedding needs! Thanks Dave.

After ordering a bedroom suite from this Helensvale store back in June of this year, which we were told on the day was not is stock but would be arriving in the warehouse soon (by the end of the same month) we were happy to go ahead with our purchase. We did not receive any contact from the store when the items were supposed to have arrived and had to call several times for updates on our items. All of the order had been delayed and only some of the items had arrived so we had arranged delivery for those items. Paid for delivery and assembly of the furniture, delivery was over 2 hours late (was quoted for an AM delivery) and furniture was only left in the room, no assembly was completed. This was resolved by a staff member at the store, however, we have still had problems as we were still waiting on the last of our order. We had been quoted several different dates for arrival, all of which were not accurate. We have had no follow up from the store (again having to chase them for updates, the last being that it would arrive on the 01/11/2020) Finally called today, 30/11/2020, to be told that the last item had arrived on Friday (a bit too convenient) and that they would arrange delivery. Very disappointed in the lack of after sales service. Every step of this order has been a struggle, apart for the step where you were happy to take my money. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, zero care for customers once your money has been pocketed.

I recently bought a new Pure Balance mattress and base from B.R.U Helensvale. I wanted an aussie-made mattress that would suit my height/build. Dave and the team know their stuff and helped me narrow down between all the different beds on sale. No pressure as I spent time laying down on the mattresses. The guys were open to negotiating, and I would gladly buy again from this store. Thanks again!
