Forty Winks at Chatswood is a name I will never forget. I needed a double bed mattress in a hurry for unexpected guests. I was quite anxious. I phoned them and spoke to a lady called Alana. She had a very friendly, professional manner. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Within 36 hours I had a new mattress on the bed ! Now, who's a 'Happy Vegemite?" ME! Thank you, Forty Winks. You deserve the 5 star rating! Well done! I forgot to mention that the mattress was delivered by two lovely young men who happily carried it up 20 stairs and placed it on the bed. Service? You bet! 10 star service!

Great experience with Forty Winks Chatswood. Alana was really friendly and helpful throughout the purchase process and provided excellent advice. Mattress arrived a week after we purchased it, at the time they said it would. Even took our old one away.

The delivery of the new mattress was seamless. The gentlemen delivering the mattress arrived within the allocated time, took away my old mattress and any packaging. Full marks for both the service and the product. The computer bed matching system really works. Salesperson answered all questions whilst also giving sufficient space and time to make a choice. Good discount on bed and accessories. Delivery on time and efficient. Bed is most comfortable one I've ever slept on. Will come to this store for all future bed purchases.
Great advice from the sales person to ensure I purchased the right mattress firmness. Am sleeping much better. delivery guys were efficient, helpful and friendly. All round a very good experience.
Forty Winks have been our go to for all things mattresses and bed frames. My soon-to-be five year old has graduated from her baby bed and onto a big bed. We purchased a Sealy king-single mattress from the Chatswood store and it was a great experience. Plenty of parking available under the building. The store itself is quite massive with plenty of options to choose from. The lady who helped us was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. With her help, we made a decision within 15 minutes. Highly recommended, and thank you Forty Winks Chatswood!
