Absolutely rogue . Was paid 26500 on 23 nov 2017 for a custom made mower trailer but still no trailer till today 26th nov 2018 . I Rang every month with excuss after excuss .next month ready . Deregistered his business . Trades under forward trailers aust and now forward trailers pty ltd . Lost my job and workers because just a outright lyer .

We ordered a trailer in June - was told it would be an 6 week turn over. After the 3 week period, we phoned and was told it would be ready in a weeks time. 3 weeks later, we called again and was told another week. Another 3 or 4 weeks past and we called again to be told that they had no workers but would be out by the end of that week and they would call us to tell us it was ready for pick up. Two weeks later, we called again, and were told the same thing - it was being built and would be ready that week. Now this week has come following the same phone call and was told that someone mucked up the paperwork and the one produced last week was meant to be ours. Trying to chase a full refund now and am being told it is not possible as it is being built. The trailer was purchased in June, with an expected pick up of the latest end of July/ early August. It is now the 30th of November and my partner's car is wrecked internally from having to carry tools inside his car when he expected the trailer 4 months ago.
