We have had nothing but helpful customer service from this company on several ocassions. We always go back as they know their stuff, listen to what we are asking for, and do great work.
Had been using this company for 9 years for small jobs. This time waited 3 weeks for someone to come out. he was here to start the job, not a quote. John was so rude and grumpy when he came to do the job, never experienced such a rude and arrogant representative of a company. And he is the owner. After this arrogance he was asked to leave the property and could never use or recommend them again.
I always source parts for my jobs from these guys. They are always super helpful and happy to give me advice.
I don't normally do reviews but I'm so disappointed with the quality of work done from this company, all my plaster boards are cracked under the 6 windows, when they changed the glass, and now they are ignoring my emails.......very poor quality service from this company.
