We contacted this firm in Hamilton as well as Brisbane. The receptionist, Shenae (Hamilton office) and Ben (Brisbane office), were both polite and professional and advised that they would have someone contact us. Unfortunately, no calls were received and we had to follow things up on two occassions from our end. On the third occassion, we had a pre-arranged appointment for a specific time however, we never received a call. We are disappointed to say the least, as we have heard good things about this firm. Unfortunately, on this occassion, this has been a poor experience for us and we feel let down.
There really good, heaps a lot with compensation claims another claims John is fantastic who I am seeing highly recommend
