Receptionist are lovely and do a good job, but the doctor's just don't seem to listen or care, very unprofessional. If a medical certificate is needed then go there but if it's anything more serious then a grazed knee I highly recommend going somewhere else. The only reason this review is 2 stars rather then 1 is for the receptionist.

Absolutely do not recommend, had an appointment to ask if the medication I was on was causing my nausea or possibly something else? Got told to go home and try and eat and push through it. No help to remedy the situation whatsoever, got given better advice by the chemist than by the doctor.

I will never go back to this practice. In a twelve month period discussing my mental health concerns with my doctor, only one record listed on my medical records! This doctor has left the practice so I had to see another doctor-she didn't believe the distress I was in and implied it was just mind over matter!

The reception staff were friendly and professional, the doctor was lovely and the nurse did a great job. It's really amazing that a bulk-billing clinic can provide such great service. Really couldn't have been better - I'm so appreciative.

Ok my partner when their and they did not know What her condition was and was calling it something else. She had been seen for same condition else where with better service. Will not recommend. Only good is for wasting time and money.

I have been seeing Dr Housego for the last 6 months now he has been nothing but helpful. I won't make an appointment unless it's with him my husband went to him on Friday as he is very fussy who he sees and now he will be seeing Dr Housego as well if there were 10 stars I would give them. Thank you Dr Housego

Complete waste of time. I have a condition that I have had since birth. I had come to seek help in a different way to relax my muscles as they are always tight and giving me headaches and blurry vision, from my condition. The doctor I have seen didn't believe I even had brachial palsy and could offer nothing but panadol or nurofen. I stated that this doesn't work or relax my muscles and I'd like to try something like muscle relaxants. I don't have a regular GP so she refused to help me in finding another solution like muscle relaxants because she couldn't refer to all my history. 23yrs of it.... Not everyone has regular GPS and to be told they can't help you because they can't check your life's history is completely frustrating, unhelpful and absolute BS!
