We purchased a bike at a different store for our son and spoke to them about assisting with training wheels for the bike. They went over and above to help, as they needed to drill the training wheels to fit the wheel bolts at another location. I went to collect it today and they had fixed up my own efforts in putting the bike together, ensuring that our son's bike is now safe! All for a reasonable price and no fuss, could not recommend them any more! Thanks so much to the team, excellent effort!

I've had 5 bikes built from here by Luke and they have all been perfect! Daryl (owner) is very knowledgeable and will spend all day talking your ear off about bikes. My brother-in-law has had a few bikes built here, and a few other mates have had many bikes built by Luke and we can't fault him in his craft. No bullshit, just a good old honest bike shop!
These guys are fantastic, I bought my bike from here, and they customized it to make it truly unique. They do a lot of custom work, such as powder coated my spinergy red so they matched up the colours of my bike, and adding the stickers back after it was powder coated. It looks fantastic. The wheel's aren't only supposed to be serviced in this way at the factory, but Darryl managed it with ease and the wheels true and straight as an arrow. They even managed to true a wheel that was damaged to such an extent that it looked like a pretzel. With Titanium spokes it wasn't an easy task but they did it! Fair warning Darryl is extremely passionate about bikes, and loves to talk about them. So you may get stuck in a long and interesting conversation with him. He has great knowledge of bikes and their various equipment levels. The level of servicing and care taken with you and your bikes is impeccable.
I came into the store to buy a helmet as I really needed one asap. The girl working at the store said that there's stock arriving in a couple of weeks and for me to leave my details so as soon as it arrives she'd contact me. Mind you at this point I was tempted to source the helmet elsewhere, however I thought I'd give them my business since I was living in Glen Wav at the time and grew up around the area. Anyway weeks went passed and no call, so I dropped into the store to find the helmets had arrived. I told the lady I was expecting a call. She conveniently said she's been very busy, didn't even apologize and showed no lack of interest. Bought the helmet, thanked her after paying only to get a response of "no worries", as though she's the customer and I'm the vendor. One of the worst customer service persons I've ever met in my life. No knowledge of the products, no enthusiasm and no integrity.
went past this shop to buy a fish tank next door walked in and was greeted by a man who explained so much to me about bikes daryl was amazing i ride casually and was thinking of upgrading components he explained everything to me never met someone so enthusiastic about their job. thank you for the help.

Darryl Cay is the only man in Melbourne who can put after market rims on 16 hole front and 24 hole rear Dura Ace hubs. I spoke to all the usual suspects, many with big reputations, and they could only do it if I got Dura Ace or ultegra rims. Darryl did it with Kinlin rims and some magic. The wheels are nearly 2 years old and still as true as the day I got them. Very passionate and skilled operator who can get anything done. If you have a much loved wheelset you want to resurrect or repair, or if you want a custom wheel built, talk to this man. Great energy and vibe at this place.
