Yet another Mother's Day with flowers not delivered by this florist. Staff just as rude as they were in 2018 when they could not seem to be able to deliver two floral arrangements to the same address! Full of excuses, never admitting they are at fault and quick to blame the recipient for "not looking". Will always check when booking with another florist to check that this florist is not their" back up" if they are to complete my order.
Would give no stars but can’t flowers weren’t delivered then got told to ring the website people for refund who only want to give me back part of the money if flowers can’t be delivered between a certain time frame as requested then a simple phone call would have been nice thanks for nothing
Don't order from them!!! Under their terms and conditions, "the florist reserves the right to substitute of any or all the contents is permitted". They sent flowers that looked nothing like what has been posted online and they reserve the right to do it. That's terrible!
