Recently had my crashed bike repaired here. The service was efficient and friendly. There was a COVID delay getting replacement parts, but a suitable alternative was suggested and I am now back on my bike. Nice spacious shop, right next to a coffee shop.

Great and helpful staff from front of house through to their servicing Centre; staff who know their bikes and obviously enjoy working at Trek! The showroom is roomy and I particularly liked the wall maps of bike rides across Canberra.

I am a massive fan of Trek bike altogether, so what is that to say. As per the service at Fyshwick store, the guys were unreal. Even though they were low on stock, the guys went an extra mile to make sure I had the right bike for my daughter. Big thank you to Tom and Sandow for building the bike and helping me out with all the extras. Plus the store has a great vibe!! Could easy purchased another three bikes if I could??
